Floors two and three are now available for rent. Each floor has 8,600 sq ft. which can be divided as per the requirements of the tenants. The floor plate has no load-bearing structural walls. The existing timber and glass screens can be altered to suit the needs of the occupants. The generous 4.4 metre floor to ceiling height is suitable to accommodate mezzanine offices, meeting rooms, storage, bathroom pods or other utility requirements. Maple and oak floors provide warm and functional quality floor surface. Services can be integrated using raised floor tiles or dropped from service trays via feature copper columns. Both these levels will have high-quality bathroom and kitchen facilities and have the benefit of full DDA compliant access. The modern passenger lift is fitted with a loop system. Both of these floors are entered from a new two-story reception accessed from the Portman Street car park. The parking area is fitted out with security lighting, and an electronic fob-operated barrier. Thus and BT Telecom have serviced the building to provide broadband fibre infrastructure cabling.
